This is a suggestion…
a logical ABC to get going, to build up your practice and see result!


  1. ACCEPT YOURSELF
    Do any morning meditation - we did many! -which helps to embrace and accept yourself.

  2. POWER OF THE CENTER
    Feel your Dantien!
    Building up Qi and Dantien with inner practice. Check these meditations that are also the preparation to tree standing (with Dewi): Nederlands - Deutsch (audio)

  3. ROOTING
 & TREE STANDING
    Some of you asked how to build up more Dantien power. You can practice the Turtle from the warm-up program or Iron Shirt qigong (module 3).
    However, a good simple stepping stone before doing the more elaborate turtle and iron shirt, is TREE STANDING: It is a basic indispensable practice in Qigong, tai chi and kungfu. You can integrate it a few minutes daily and you will see that
    you will build up Dantien power. The posture collects power in the belly by itself & you will get a stronger structure. Your water qigong, inner kungfu and meditations will get better! Check the videos (with Dewi): Nederlands - Deutsch

  4. INNER KUNGFU
 - TAO MOVEMENTS
    every morning inner kungfu 10-20 minutes

  5. WARM-UP

  6. WATER-QIGONG
    every morning 10-20 minutes

  7. TOGETHERNESS

    Practice together with fellow-students (correct each other!): e.g. warm-up and water qigong. Or give each other a healing session.

  8. FEELING YOUR ORGANS
    
Do I feel rooted in my belly, can Qi move and condense here, do I feel my organs, my kidneys? Can I relax the lower back? e.g. this organ meditation at 02:29:02

  9. “QIGONG” SCRIPT & “THE WAY OF THE TAO” SCRIPT

    Read the Qigong scripts - again (Qigong Nederlands - German). This motivates and brings you to the next step.

  10. VARIETY 
IN YOUR PRACTICE
    When practicing water qigong a lot, take a break once in a while with another qigong form such as Swimming Dragon, 5 element qigong or Crane Qigong. You may discover new things and broaden your horizon so Water Qigong will get new impulses.


  11. MANTRA
    
Choose a mantra or ask Carsten which suits best at this moment. You can get used to it by hanging it on the wall, chanting it walking in nature or sitting. Then decide if you want to do it more intensively. This decision alone is already a game-changer. Keep contact with Carsten or Dewi so we can coach you in the process. Remember that mantra will have a deeper impact if you have a daily physical practice.


    You will learn to do a ceremony in Module 6.

  12. MICROCOSMIC ORBIT

    If you are a bit more advanced in the physical training and dantien work (with rooting, feeling your organs etc.) then you can challenge yourself with the 100-day program to master the microcosmic orbit. Check module 3.

  13. PROTOCOLS
    - “What happened in module 2?” Get inspired by the protocols to listen to certain recordings again. You can find the protocol list below.
    - Enjoy reading the protocols! It’s great work from fellow-students and they will give you many AHA-moments!
